This notification is being sent to the membership as required by Article VIII of our By-laws. The following changes to the By-Laws of Cathlamet Yacht Club, Article VI Sections 2 and 3 are hereby proposed:

1. Change Section 2. Board of Directors from (2) Directors to (3) three Directors.

(Purpose – to allow an overlap of Directors who serve a two year term)

2. Change Section 3. Election of Officers and Directors from September meeting to November Meeting.

(Purpose – to make the timeline more relevant to the actual change of officers in January
